218. Wednesday Seminar titled ‘Strategic Administration of Judiciary’ was presented by the Member of the Constitutional Court Assoc. Prof. Dr. Recai AKYEL.
The seminar started with the opening speech of our Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Hayri BOZGEYİK. Conversations on Law and Life 2 started with the participation of the Member of the Constitutional Court Assoc. Prof. Dr. Recai AKYEL.
Mr. Akyel presented the strategic administration of judiciary within the scope of the effectiveness of judicial activities. In his speech, Mr. Akyel suggested the establishment of strategic judicial system, emphasizing that effective judicial management plays a vital role in the delivery of high-quality judicial services, and in the establishment and maintenance of trust in the judiciary functioning independently and justly.
